Got no time for Netflix and Chill? No problem! We've got you covered! All you need is your long list of movies to watch all throughout the holiday season and your BFF who's your first choice for movie night-ins!
We know that it's really hard to find someone who is definitely more than willing to watch a Nicholas Sparks movie (because others find it too mushy! *cough* Boyfriend! * cough*) but if you have an awesome BFF who agrees, hug her tight! She surely understands the need to watch Nicholas Sparks films, and she'll also hand over your tissues on times of need!
So without further adieu, here’s a list of our favorite Nicholas Sparks films you could watch or re-watch when you're in the mood to cry and fall in love and cry some more!
1. A WALK TO REMEMBER (2002)
This film or book has the power to make us cry just thinking about it! It’s the original heartbreaking teen flick, even more heartbreaking than today’s tear-jerkers. And come on — Shane West and Mandy Moore? Yes please!
2. THE NOTEBOOK (2004)
Up for some Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams? Even though something (sorta spoiler alert!) happened in the middle of the film that brought the separation of these two, Allie and Noah will always be one of our forever #relationshipgoals!
3. THE LAST SONG (2010)
You can’t ever forget this one because it’s where Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth began. And we also love Nicholas Sparks because even though his main theme is romance, he always stresses how important it is to show your family what you feel about them.
4. DEAR JOHN (2010)
A few minutes into the movie and we’ve already fallen in love with these two characters! This is perfect for anyone who’s ever been in a long distance relationship. If you have never seen this before, better go check it now!
