Harry Styles: Live in Manila highlights

It's been exactly a month since Harry Styles: Live in Manila and the PCD is as strong as ever! 😭 Were you one of the attendees? Let's all look back at some of the best parts of the show!

We're not uploading all of the videos from the show (since our videos are shaky and we don't want you to feel dizzy and annoyed!) so we've chosen some of our favourites and put them here.

If you've read our blog post about preparing for this show then you'll know how excited we were and how we've planned for this. The preparation is part of the fun so we took that quite seriously.

We were out in the Manila heat for so many hours that we were sweaty by the time we neared the entrance of MOA Arena. They let us inside the arena around 6PM, and even when we were inside, we had to wait again. (But at least it was finally air-conditioned!) We were allowed entrance at around 7PM, and that's when it became real. We immediately went to the spots we wanted, AKA as close as we could to the stage, and we kept jumping over how close we were. We weren't by the barricades or the very front row, but we were close enough.

Harry's front act, Warpaint, went first. It was also nice watching them perform live because they were actually really good. After them, we had to wait a bit more till Harry and his band made their appearance. At one point, One Direction's 'Olivia' played in the arena and everyone practically sang and danced along. It was nice even though we were all tired and sweaty.

Finally, when Harry and his band appeared, there were screams everyone. It got a bit frustrating at parts because everyone in the standing section started pushing to get closer to the stage, and our hair got pulled really harshly. LOL It was very frustrating while it was happening, but thinking about it now, it's rather funny. (We're super glad nothing seriously bad happened, though.)

Since we're not putting all of our videos on this post, you can check out the concert setlist on the Spotify playlist we made:
And now finally on to the exciting part! Here are some of the videos we've got from the show! (Sorry about the tons of screaming, complaints, and the overall shakiness of the video.)

Two Ghosts is one of the most emotional songs in the album, and probably the one that'll hit you with feels if you're feeling down! And when you hear one of your favourite emotional songs live, one thing's for sure -- it'll get to you.
Now here's a song that'll make you dance! (Except we couldn't because there wasn't much space.) Carolina is that feel good song from the album that you'll want to listen to with the windows down as you head over to your next weekend getaway.
Who else misses One Direction? This is probably one of the songs that made the crowd scream the loudest because of Harry's performance! Harry also inserted a few lines in the song which weren't there originally so, ya know, it made us cheer even louder!
If you're big fans of Harry, then you'll know that he was actually the writer of Ariana Grande's 'Just A Little Bit Of Your Heart'. And what a treat it was to hear Harry perform it live! It was amazing hearing his version so even if we don't have a studio version, at least we have this!
Next up is the first song on the album - Meet Me In the Hallway! It's one of our personal favourites (although let's be real -- we love all of his songs) and it's also the song before he walked over to the second stage. And that instrument play when he went to the second stage absolutely gets to us! (It would be super nice to have a studio recording of that. He he)
Harry performed two unreleased songs during his concert - Medicine and Anna. Medicine was amazing, but Anna would be our favourite among the two! Check it out here:
Here's the song that even non-fans might recognize -- Sign of the Times! It felt intimate hearing this live because you could see how much emotion was poured into this song.
And last but not the least (in our highlights!), here's From the Dining Table. We've said we felt emotional lots of times during the concert, but this song and If I Could Fly would be the most solemn. We loved seeing and hearing From the Dining Table live, so here's a glimpse into it!

So there! We didn't put all of our videos here, but if you click one of the videos above, it'll lead you to the YouTube playlist that contains all of our videos! Most of them are shaky and probably annoying, but it contained our memories of the dream concert we got to attend.

Be consistent and include these as part of your daily bread. Ask every member of your family (at least) to support you and do the same. Like a ripple effect, at least 5/10 ratio of people has a bigger impact than 2/10 ratio of saving mother earth.
